Blockbuster is a dying brand that needs to be rebranded for the fast pace instant world we live in today. Creating a new stream service that rivals the competitors with better options in television shows, access to movies weeks before they are available for purchase and having a low monthly subscription cost will put Blockbuster at the forefront of the home entertainment industry.
I wanted this rebrand to be geared towards families and the fun they could have together, also towards working adults who just want to be able to enjoy their time at home, relaxing on the couch. With the logo I wanted you to feel comfortable when you saw it, and have happy thoughts of movie night at home. The bright bold colors catch your attention in a playful manner. I paired the bright colors with a bold rounded typeface to create a fun and enjoyable feeling.
